Is there a difference between a hotel and furnished apartment home?
Even though both hotels and furnished housing have some similarities, you’ll find more creature comforts with furnished housing. Plus, you can book furnished housing for 30+ day stays.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, EFT and electronic checks. A processing fee will apply to every transaction made by a credit card. We also offer special rates and plans for business travelers, insurance companies, and relocation companies.
Do you allow pets?
Pets are allowed upon request and are subject to an additional charge.
Is parking included with the apartment?
Yes, we offer 24/7 valet parking for added convenience and security.

We require a simple application, ID verification, and a $1000 refundable security deposit. Once approved, we’ll reserve your unit and send the lease for signature.
